This road ends in a small port in the Tambopata river where our motorboat will be waiting for us to cruise the Tambopata River downstream for approximately 20 minutes, headed towards Wasaí Tambopata Lodge (Box lunch on the route). During the journey we will have the opportunity to observe various bird species, hopefully families of capybaras, the world's largest rodents, alligators and other wildlife.
Reception and accommodation at the Lodge. Introductory nocturnal walk to understand rainforest ecosystems and see and listen to the insects, bats, frogs, and perhaps some occasional encounter with a nocturnal mammal. We will have breakfast while we wait for the macaws to arrive.

We can find animals such as capybaras, tapirs, monkeys and with luck: jaguars. At your arrival, you can relax in the hammocks or have the chance of swimming in the Tambopata River. Those who want, can join us to fish where inhabit more than 250 species of fish. Lunch will be served between 1:00 to 1:30 p.m.
After lunch, we will make a short ethno botanical walk of 1 km to learn about plants and how they integrate with the ecosystem. Breakfast will take place between 7:00 to 9:00 am. Then the guide will do a brief training on kayaking, after that, you will start your Kayak adventure downstream with the guide paddling next to you until you reach a beach, where you will have the chance to have a swim. There will
be a motorized boat with the group for any assistance. The kayak ride is quite peaceful, being surrounded by nature at both sides creates an excellent opportunity to watch birds and other animals. Return to the lodge at midday to have lunch and a rest.
